There are many sides to every occurence. Dreadful as the fast-spreading Corona virus is, it has blessed many individuals economically.
The panic buying of alcohol based sanitizers and face masks has expectedly increased demand for the items alongside foodstuff. The inequilibrium in demand and supply has therefore produced emergency businessmen and women across the globe.
At bus-stop shelters, street corners, in Canada, computer-print-out adverts screaming phone numbers and emails of face mask producers abound.
In Nigeria, the COVID-19 urgent needs suppliers defy the lockdown instructions as they take their mass-produced face masks and sanitizers to the market.
This development is viewed by many as the economic side of COVID-19. The questions however arise on the hygienic status of these businessmen and women. Who certified their products as fit for masses use? Did they also check their COVID-19 status at any of the proper healthcare facilities before starting the business?
Their services should be appreciated only if it would not worsen the current global bad situation.
